Great Day Improvements is seeking an Installation Supervisor for Patio Enclosures. The role oversees daily crews, trains staff, reviews difficult jobs, and ensures installations meet company guidelines. It also monitors subcontractor quality, coordinates project schedules, and supports recruiting installers as needed.
The position manages labor and materials, tracks costs, and communicates with customers and management to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality installations.
The Installation Supervisor (IS) is responsible for getting the crews out each day, training crews, reviewing difficult jobs, and ensuring that all jobs are installed in accordance with company guidelines. The Installation Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring sub-contractor quality and performance. The Installation Supervisor may be responsible for measures and breakouts, helping crews finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customer to review difficult or complicated jobs. This would include but not limited to, reviewing/executing project schedules, assist with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed, monitoring work progress, customer updates in our job software, and monitoring labor expenses.

Pay Range $65,000 - $75,000
Applicant should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction field operations, with a focus on sunrooms, doors, and windows. Good problem-solving skills are required. Must be competent in the use of technology and be able to function proficiently. Must be well organized and have the ability to think on your feet. Must be proactive in your approach to managing customer/employee/subcontractor interactions, company expectations, and be able to work within the organization to deliver win-win solutions for both our customers and our employees/subcontractors.
