Responsibilities include coordinating advanced installation tasks, ensuring engineering intent alignment, managing schedules and field reporting, and serving as the on-site client representative.

The role emphasizes safety, mentorship, and enforcing high workmanship standards across AV installations.

Formación

• 8–10 years AV installation experience
• 3 years supervisory experience in AV field
• Expert technical knowledge
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills
• Bachelor’s degree (desired)
• Advanced networking/media certifications (desired)

Job Summary

Senior field leadership role responsible for technical accuracy, day-to-day supervision, coordination, and performance of installation technicians and on-site execution activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Protect engineering intent and fabrication alignment )

• Serve as senior client-facing representative on site
• Enforce safety and compliance standards
• Mentor technicians and drive workmanship standards

Education and Certifications

• Associate degree or technical training required.
• AVIXA CTS required.
• CTS-I or CTS-D required.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Dante Level 2 or 3 preferred.
• CCNA preferred.

Decision Making Authority

Primary on-site execution leader responsible for task assignment, work sequencing, issue resolution, safety enforcement, and technician direction.

Physical Working Environment

• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.
• Extended standing, bending, and technical work.
• Construction environments, active client facilities, and live production spaces.
• Travel required
