In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes, including water heaters, repipes, and more. Candidates should have relevant plumbing experience, a valid WA driver's license, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing installation (2+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of local codes and installation best practices.
• Valid WA State driver's license with a clean record.

• A clean and professional appearance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed plumber or working toward licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems and fixtures in residential homes.
• Work on water heaters (tank and tankless).
• Conduct whole-home repipes and install fixtures (toilets, faucets, tubs, sinks).
• Install water filtration systems and replace sewer and water service lines.
• Coordinate with inspectors, customers, and team leads for smooth installs.
