Job summary

Builders FirstSource in Florence, SC seeks an Installation Coordinator to assist with delivery coordination, installation at customer sites, and associated paperwork under moderate supervision.

You will help manage material flow, address backorders, and support the Installation department while ensuring customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

This role offers growth within a busy operations team and chances to develop hands-on skills in a leading materials supplier.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of assembly or clerical experience or equivalent.

• Ensures customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.
• Obtains building permits and ensures permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.
• Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.

Under moderate supervision, coordinates the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department. Keeps management advised on any issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints.

Requirements: High school diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) and one (1) year of assembly or clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
