Job summary

Sharp Business Systems in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Installation Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery, installation, network connectivity, and customer onboarding of office technology equipment, including MFPs, copiers, and printers.

You will serve as the central point of contact between customers, Sales, Service, IT, and Operations to ensure installations are on time and delivered with a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, project coordination, logistics, dispatching, or office technology administration.
  • Copier, printer, managed print, or office technology industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of equipment delivery and installation for new, replacement, and upgraded copier and printer systems.
  • Schedule installations with customers, delivery personnel, service technicians, network analysts, and other internal departments.

Overview

Acting as the central point of communication between customers, Sales, Service, IT, and Operations, this role ensures installations are completed on time, accurately, and with best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
