Job summary

ITAC, a Philadelphia-area firm with a Virginia footprint, is hiring for an entry-level position focused on safety and fall protection. You’ll review project scopes, inspect equipment, assemble and transport tools, and demobilize sites while growing with a people-first ESOP company.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, willingness to travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A clean background and driving record are required, with company vehicle eligibility verified.

• Must pass criminal background and drug test.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record per ITAC policy.

• Provide required equipment inspections.
• Assemble necessary tools, materials and equipment required for job execution; make ready for transport to site.
• Demobilize site and return tools, materials and equipment to main office.

• Ability to carry tools, equipment, materials up to 50lbs.

• Willingness to travel.
• Cannot have crippling fear of heights.
• Must pass criminal background and drug test.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with ITAC’s vehicle use policy. Eligibility to operate a company vehicle will be verified through a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

The typical base salary range for this position is between$45,000-$55,000
