Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking a Service Technician to perform post-remodel service visits and diagnose technical issues for customers across the Midwest. You will generate detailed service reports and execute repair work including showers, windows, doors, trim, drywall, siding, caulking, and cleaning.

The role requires 2–5 years in remodeling, a valid driver's license, and strong safety discipline, planning, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Remodeling Industry
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to read, understand, and follows safety procedure
• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily
• Quality of work standards
• Excellent planning and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Perform service visits for customers after completion of home remodel projects
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Service projects may include: Repairing showers, tubs, and fixing plumbing leaks; Wrapping windows and replacing window sashes; Installing shower doors; Interior trim work; Taping and mudding of sheet rock; Drywall patching; Siding and shingle installation; General caulking and cleaning
