Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Installation Support Tech to provide hands-on support at our Phoenix-area locations. You will assist with preparing orders, stocking, and organizing the shop while helping the team deliver high-quality results to customers.

The role requires driving duties and physical tasks including lifting up to 45 lbs. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, at least 2 years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate high-end vehicles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurability.
• Ability to safely drive high-end vehicles and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations.
• Prepare orders and stock shelves.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Keep shop clean and organized; assist with daily tasks.
• Help prepare parts for application and deliver vehicles after service.
• Assist with monthly inventory and quality checks.
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles.
• Porter clients as needed.
