Job summary

A leading custom installation service provider in Fort Myers is seeking an Install Lead to oversee safe installation practices and ensure top-level client experiences. Responsibilities include training Installers, conducting job site inspections, and providing leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in custom cabinet installations and a commitment to quality and safety. Competitive hourly pay with additional commissions and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience as a California Closets Installer or comparable experience.
• Demonstrated quality in Custom Cabinetry Installations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and mobility for installations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect job sites to ensure installations meet company standards.
• Use assessment tools to evaluate Installers and recommend improvements.
• Assist in recruiting and training new Installers.
