Job summary

Cabinet Experts in Indianapolis is hiring an Install Assistant to support lead installers with cabinet refacing system installation. You will assist with setup, demolition, and on-site prep, while learning carpentry and construction skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with the kitchen cabinet refacing system installation.
• Support daily job tasks: setup, demolition, clean up, loading/unloading the work truck, measuring materials, preparing the space for install.
• Learn and develop hands-on trade skills in carpentry and construction.
• Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with equipment and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
