NATIONAL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, service, or repair heating and cooling systems and to lead new construction projects. You should have prior HVAC service technician experience and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and pride in completing customer jobs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Past experience as HVAC installer including new construction and service technician.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems and lead new construction projects.

You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Lead team on new construction projects.
• Install new units, equal change outs.
• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.

Qualifications:

• Past experience as an HVAC installer, including new construction, and service technician.
• Valid Drivers License
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, restrictive spaces and lift 40 pounds.
