COMPLETE OFFICE INSTALLATION LLC is seeking a hands-on Office Furniture Installer to join our Minneapolis, MN team. You will assemble, install, and reconfigure commercial office furniture for a variety of clients, transforming spaces into functional environments with precision.

You’ll read blueprints and installation diagrams, lift and position heavy components, and coordinate with managers and clients to meet exact specs. A strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in office furniture installation, carpentry, or related trade preferred.
• Ability to read floor plans, assembly instructions, and installation diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and reconfigure commercial office furniture including workstations, cubicles, desks, and seating.
• Read and interpret furniture installation blueprints, schematics, and floor plans.
• Transport, stage, and deliver furniture components to job sites safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure installations meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure completed installations are level, secure, and client‑ready.
• Disassemble and decommission existing furniture systems as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on large-scale installations
