The Mizrahi Family Torah Academy in Plantation, FL is seeking a dynamic Upper Elementary Rebbe for the 2026-27 school year and beyond, with potential for growth into administration.

As Rebbe, you will inspire talmidim, model Torah values, and lead engaging lessons that build middos, critical thinking, and a lasting connection to Torah.

Qualifications

• Experience working with upper elementary age boys.
• Strong Torah knowledge and ability to convey complex ideas at age-appropriate levels.
• Excellent classroom management, leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for chinuch and inspiring the next generation.
• Ability to create engaging and creative lessons that promote meaningful learning, skill building, critical thinking and connection to Torah.
• Love for Talmidim and the ability to connect with boys from varying backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Rebbe, role model, and guide for talmidim; balance meaningful learning with leadership development.
• Foster a love of Torah and mitzvos; promote middos and personal growth.
• Prepare students with learning and skills for life through engaging lessons.
