Responsibilities

• Implement daily curriculum and lesson plans promoting development across cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical areas.
• Create a welcoming, safe classroom where every child feels valued.
• Teach self-help skills and classroom routines to encourage independence.
• Assist with potty training and communicate progress with families.
• Supervise children at all times to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized classroom and learning spaces.
• Observe and document developmental progress and share observations with leadership.
• Support healthy eating by assisting during meals and encouraging good manners.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership, and participate in meetings and planning.
