Oakmont Education seeks a dedicated Science Teacher to educate students across grade levels in science concepts. You will design engaging lessons, assess progress, and foster an inclusive, safe learning environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong science knowledge, classroom management, and proficiency with educational technology, with 1–3 years of teaching experience in a traditional setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and adapts curriculum materials and lesson plans aligned to standards.
• Delivers engaging science lessons using diverse methods and resources.
• Designs and administers assessments to evaluate understanding.
• Identifies and addresses individual learning needs with supports or challenges.
• Organizes and supervises laboratory experiments for practical learning.
• Maintains a well-organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Integrates technology to enhance learning experiences.
• Ensures student safety during labs with established protocols.
• Communicates progress and behavior with students, parents, and admins.
• Stays updated on science education developments and pursues PD.
• Mentors students during science-related extracurricular activities.
• Collaborates with teachers and staff to foster a positive environment.
