• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with students, teams and groups.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the position.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements an instructional program that adheres to the district's philosophy, goals and objectives.
• Keeps current in subject matter knowledge and learning theory and assists in curriculum revision.
• Develops classroom management with appropriate discipline techniques.
• Communicates with parents to strengthen the educational program.
• Evaluates student progress using multiple assessment methods and adjusts instruction accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
