Responsibilities

• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Develop a program of continuous progress aligned with district goals and objectives.
• Establish clear objectives for all classroom activities and assess student progress; provide progress reports.
• Plan and supervise substitutes and volunteers; evaluate their performance.
• Communicate with parents through oral or written communication and home visits as needed.
• Enforce school rules, administrative regulations and board policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or supervisor.
