Qualifications

• Minimum of one‑year full‑time teaching experience, or the equivalent as an adjunct instructor.
• Higher education teaching experience preferred.
• An equivalent/applicable combination of education and experience to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position required.
• Special skills: knowledge of pedagogy and two years of teaching experience.
• Strong background in computers and technology; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes as assigned by designated supervisor.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with course objectives.
• Develop and submit course outlines and syllabi to supervisor.
• Assist in development of measurable course objectives and plans.
• Build professional relationships with students and staff to foster communication.
• Maintain accurate course records and complete required forms.
• Be available for student consultations and recruitment when appropriate.
• Participate in curriculum evaluation and professional development.
