Job summary

RBR Alliance, Inc. in Corydon, Indiana, is seeking a Preschool Childcare Instructor to provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care and engaging activities for preschoolers in a licensed classroom.

You will implement The Creative Curriculum, support children's cognitive and social-emotional development, and collaborate with a team to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

This full-time, non-exempt role runs Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active enrollment toward a CDA credential or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education is expected.
• Must obtain a CDA credential within one year of employment or per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet children and families and maintain positive communication.
• Create a safe, orderly, nurturing classroom environment.
• Supervise children in classroom, on playground, and during meals/trips.
• Plan and implement daily schedules and activities using The Creative Curriculum.
• Lead activities supporting cognitive, language, self-help, and motor development.
• Collaborate with therapists to support IEP goals for children with special needs.
• Complete attendance, meal, and incident records as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies.
