Music & Arts is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to create an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment for students of varied ages and skill levels. You will teach lessons, communicate progress, and partner with store teams to schedule classes and improve retention.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Music Education or related field and at least 2 years of teaching experience, with preferred candidates having advanced degrees and extensive experience across many instruments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of music teaching experience.
• 8+ years of teaching experience with multiple instruments (listed).

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
