Qualifications

• Experience teaching K-12 students; two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; GPA at least 3.0; Master’s degree preferred.
• New York certified or in the process of obtaining a certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, achievement-oriented and structured learning environment.
• Build classroom community by partnering with families to support student success.
• Use interim assessment data to drive instruction and intervention.
• Implement unit and lesson plans with the grade-level team.

• Attend professional development, team planning and data analysis meetings.
