You will plan lessons aligned to California State Standards, assess student progress, and communicate with families to foster partnership.

Collaborate with lead teachers and instructional coaches to continually improve instructional practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, California teaching credential required
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative student data
• Knowledge of State Standards and teaching frameworks
• Ability to reflect and improve instructional practices

Responsibilities

• Establish high expectations and college-readiness mindset for each student
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned withCalifornia State Standards and Aspire guidelines
• Assess students regularly and differentiate instruction based on data
• Communicate with students and families and involve families as partners
• Identify student needs and collaborate with teammates to address them
• Participate in professional development with lead teachers and coaches
