Qualifications

• Proven coaching experience at a competitive level.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop student-athletes across skill levels.
• Commitment to the full season, including practices, games, and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practice plans, training schedules, and game strategies.
• Lead regular practices and monitor skill development.
• Evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship.
• Communicate expectations, schedules, and performance with athletes and families.
• Organize team events, competitions, and community outreach.
• Monitor athletes’ well-being and provide guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure cohesive coaching.
• Stay updated on coaching techniques and safety protocols.
