Qualifications

• Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience with growth-focused coaching including observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Supervise students across settings (playground, cafeteria, etc.).
• Pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience in urban education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans; modify as needed.
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students’ needs.
• Maintain records of students’ progress and development.
• Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and classroom instruction.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Incorporate technology into daily practice to support learning.
