Job summary

Wake County Public School System is seeking a qualified educator to plan and provide engaging classroom experiences that support the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of students.

The teacher will develop and modify instructional plans, assess learner outcomes, and communicate effectively with students, families and staff while maintaining records and ensuring safety and compliance with district standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education with subject-area focus.
• Eligible or licensed NC Professional Educator license.
• Experience planning lessons and assessments aligned to standards.
• Ability to integrate technology in instruction.
• Commitment to inclusive education and multicultural perspectives.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities
