KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to engage with children and families at our Indianapolis, IN locations. You will implement the curriculum, foster a safe and nurturing classroom, and collaborate with parents to support each child’s learning journey.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain state qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum according to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
