Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is hiring teachers to support children's education and development across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe learning environment, and partner with parents to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes engaging with families, collaborating with staff, and contributing to enrollment and accreditation goals while fostering strong relationships with state authorities and the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that matches the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support the center's success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
