Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Teach the assigned class in accordance with learning objectives and the Concourse syllabus using instructional strategies to engage students.
  • Develop and manage working syllabus, course materials, and assignments.
  • Provide feedback and evaluate students’ performance throughout the learning process, including conferences and college email when needed.
  • Maintain and submit class syllabus, grades, attendance, and required course data.
  • Use educational technology (e.g., Canvas).
  • Assess student learning and submit required reports of assessment results.
  • Maintain currency in the professional field.
  • Work cooperatively within the department, division, and College to pursue educational excellence.
