• Prepare lessons reflecting accommodations for individual differences.
• Prepare for classes and show written evidence of preparation upon request.
• Encourage students to set and maintain classroom standards.
• Maintain accurate, complete records as required by law and policy.
• Assist administration in implementing district policies and rules.
• Plan and supervise assignments for teacher aides and volunteers.
• Maintain professional competence and participate in staff development.
• Attend staff meetings and serve on committees.
