Responsibilities

• Create a classroom environment that feels safe for all students to learn and reach their fullest potential.
• Follow lesson plans and maintain an orderly classroom.
• Provide timely and meaningful evaluation/correction of student work.
• Engage students using the Socratic method and active discussion.
• Lead students through intelligence, charisma, humor, and moral integrity as modeled in the school vision.
• Communicate as needed with parents and support campus activities.
• Promote school policies, safety procedures, and dress/behavior codes.
• Participate in faculty development on half-days as needed.
