This in-person, full-time role requires collaboration with parents and staff, integration of literacy and math skills, and use of learning technology to enhance instruction.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing for lesson plans and documentation.
• Experience working with children in educational settings preferred.
• Knowledge of special education practices to support diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency in literacy education methods to develop reading and writing skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior while maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Strong attention to detail for editing and evaluating student work.
• Familiarity with learning technology to enhance instruction.
• Understanding of early intervention techniques for at-risk students.
• Excellent verbal communication with students, parents, and staff.
