Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to implement our curriculum while tailoring it to each child’s needs. You’ll create a safe, nurturing space where kids can play and learn, and you’ll partner with parents to provide the best care and education.

You’ll support your center’s goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, building strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• English language proficiency for communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education and care.
• Contribute to center success by supporting enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state authorities, and partners.
