Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an Inspector/Inspectress to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will supervise up to 15 Guest Room Attendants, inspect rooms daily, and conduct ongoing training to raise service levels.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. You will lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally, stand for extended periods, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality housekeeping and a commitment to guest service.
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Good judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally; stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing training of housekeeping staff to raise knowledge and morale.
• Maintain linen rooms, laundry area, lost and found, storage, break rooms, and carts.
• Assist with daily cleaning tasks including bedspreads and curtains as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Inspector/Inspectress will always provide the highest quality of service to the customer.
• Supervise up to 15 Guest Room Attendants and enforce self-inspection system.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure standards of cleanliness and that guest rooms are ready for guest check-in.
• Conduct ongoing training of all housekeeping employees to increase job knowledge and skill level while promoting teamwork and employee morale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms, laundry area, lost and found, storage rooms, employee break room, and Guest Room Attendant’s carts.
• Assist in performing daily general clean duties and changing of bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads and shower curtains as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Starting pay $18.00 per hour
