RK&K is seeking an Inspector Trainee to join our construction management team in Virginia. You will be outdoors on active sites, observing contractor activities and gaining hands-on experience across earthwork, paving, utilities, and testing.
The role includes daily record-keeping, sampling and testing materials, and completing testing reports, with a structured two-year training program combining hands-on, virtual, and classroom learning.
We are looking for individuals interested in the construction industry to join the RK&K team as an Inspector Trainee. In this role, we will provide you with all the training you need to start a successful career in construction management with the opportunity to learn about earthwork, paving, utilities, erosion and sediment control, bridges, culverts, surveying, plan reading, materials testing, and so much more!
As an Inspector Trainee, you’ll have the opportunity to be outdoors on an active construction site where you’ll observe the contractor’s operations such excavations, utility installations, pile driving, concrete pouring, and vegetation establishment, just to name a few.
