Job summary

Flexcraft is seeking an Inspector Packer for manufacturing to join our team in Neptune City, NJ. The role features 12-hour shifts with a set schedule and overtime available but not required.

You will check parts coming off machines, trim and pack finished products, monitor quality per ISO 9001, and collaborate with a team to maintain a clean, organized work area. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing or production, strong attention to detail, reliability, and basic math and computer

• 3+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production work.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Able to lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check parts coming off machines for defects.
• Trim and clean up plastic parts as needed.
• Put parts together if needed.
• Pack finished products into boxes or totes.
• Watch machines and report problems.
• Track basic production and quality information.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards (ISO 9001).
