Description

2nd shift is 3:15 p.m. - 11:45 p.m., Monday - Friday. Overtime will often be available during the week.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS - QUALITY INSPECTOR / VISUAL INSPECTION / PRODUCTION QUALITY

Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to inspect inner layers of circuit boards functionality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inspect the inner layers prior to manufacturing to multilayer printed circuit boards.
  • Verify conductivity of inner layer circuits.
  • Post etch punch after AOI complete.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to department supervisor and Director of Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

A high school diploma is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Standing for long periods of time is required.

Exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday from 3:15 p.m. - 11:45 p.m. Training may take place on 1st shift for the first 4 - 6 weeks.
