Pharmavite is hiring for a Manufacturing Production, Processing & Assembly role in the United States. You will prepare and stage products, operate automated inspection machines, and remove defective gelatin capsules to ensure quality across batches.

No prior experience is required. A high school diploma or GED is accepted and basic computer skills are needed. You must have good manual dexterity and color vision, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced facility.

Responsabilités

• Cleans bins and trays for inspection and transfer of product.
• Visually inspects capsules and removes any defective product through automated equipment or visual inspection techniques.
• Operates automated equipment that sorts, polishes, and inspects capsules to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintains routine documentation for each batch of capsules; prepares log entries and labels product containers.
• Regularly lifts and carries containers, parts, or capsules weighing up to 30 pounds and pushes and pulls materials weighing up to 400 pounds on wheels or with pallet jacks.
• Locates and moves product into or out of drying tunnels.
• Performs and maintains records of hardness checks on soft gel capsules.

Responsible for preparing and staging products and operating automated inspection machines. Visually examines and removes any defective gelatin capsules from batches, either manually or through the use of automated equipment.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to identify and remove defective elastic soft gelatin capsules.
• English communication skills to maintain routine written logs and records, communicate with supervisors and others, and read batch records, operating instructions, and safety regulations.
• Full color vision to identify color defects in capsules.

Physical or Work Requirements

Performs work in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments and is required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and perform repetitive motions frequently throughout the shift. Employees may be required to operate machinery or powered equipment, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, moving equipment, or manufacturing materials, and lift or move materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds. Some roles may require overtime, shift work, weekends, or extended schedules based on business needs.

National Target Base Pay Range: (min) $37,000 - (mid) $48,000 - (max) $60,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is (min) $41,000 - (mid) $54,000 - (max) $68,000 to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law.
