Job summary

Wallace Termite Construction in Antioch, CA is seeking a licensed Termite Inspector to join our team. Conduct thorough inspections for residential and commercial properties, identify termite activity, and prepare reports with treatment recommendations.

You will communicate findings to customers, maintain records, and follow safety standards. Requires valid termite inspector license and driving record; experience preferred; we offer a company vehicle and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid Termite Inspector license (state-specific).
• Prior experience in pest control or termite inspections preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building structures and wood-destroying organisms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
