Qualifications:
Associate degree in civil engineering technology, Construction Management, or a related field, or 3+ years of Construction Engineering & Inspection.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various construction sites as needed.
Responsibilities:
Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, regulations, best practices, and safety standards.
Monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving issues and deviations from project plans.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve construction challenges and ensure timely project completion.
Document and report inspection findings, including any non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the preparation and review of construction project documentation, including progress reports and inspection logs.
Participate in project coordination meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.
