Position Summary
The Inspector Analyst is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and overseeing Field Inspector requirements within the branch office. This includes ensuring that field equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are properly maintained and available, coordinating the maintenance of fleet trucks, and supporting other inspection-related operational requirements.
The Inspector Analyst serves as a key administrative and operational resource to ensure Inspectors are properly qualified, equipped, and prepared to safely and effectively perform their assigned duties.

Fitness for Duty / Physical Demands
The Inspector Analyst must be able to perform administrative and field-related duties, including working 8–12-hour shifts as needed. Work may occur indoors or outdoors, during day or night, and may require full PPE and exposure to varying temperatures and petroleum facility environments.
The position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders and stairs, bend, squat, kneel, reach, push/pull equipment, use inspection tools, sit, and drive for extended periods. Employees must be able to work independently and safely while complying with all applicable company and site-specific safety requirements.

The Inspector Analyst is expected to maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
The position plays an important role in ensuring that Field Inspectors remain qualified, properly equipped, and compliant with company and customer requirements. The Inspector Analyst is also responsible for supporting the operational readiness of field equipment, PPE, fleet vehicles, and other resources necessary to support inspection services.
The Inspector Analyst is expected to proactively identify upcoming requirements, deficiencies, maintenance needs, and potential compliance issues and communicate them to the appropriate management personnel in a timely manner.
Failure to maintain current qualifications, certifications, training, equipment records, fleet records, or other required documentation may affect an Inspector's ability to perform assigned work or may impact branch operations. Such issues must be promptly identified, communicated, and addressed.
