Job summary

Kindeva is seeking a detail‑oriented team member for manufacturing support. The role requires strict adherence to batch records, SOPs, and cGMPs, with hands‑on experience in manual and automated inspection systems.

Visual inspection, weight checks, and accurate recordkeeping are essential daily tasks. Ideal candidates will have a GED or higher, 1+ years in a related field, and familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in science preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with cGMPs, SOPs, and batch records is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to batch record instructions, SOPs, cGMPs, and departmental procedures.
• Qualify on manual and automated inspection systems.
• Visually inspect units for defects and ensure correct fill volume through weight checks.
• Maintain accurate tally sheets, label prep, and batch record information.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Participate in process improvement activities.

Role Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to all batch record instructions,SOP’s, cGMP’s and all applicable DepartmentalProcedures.
• Qualify on manual and automated inspectionsystems.
• Visually inspect units for defects.
• Weight checks basic units for correct fill volume.
• Maintain proper accountability records (i.e. tallysheets, label preparation, batch record information,etc.)
• Perform appropriate departmental housekeepingduties to ensure a clean, orderly and safe workenvironment.
• Participate in process improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / general education degree (GED)
• 1+ years relevant work experience or Veterans / Militaryexperience or associate’s degree in a science relateddiscipline.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
