Job description

As an inspection operator, you will be one of the pillars of our production and take to heart our commitment to quality. You operate our inspection equipment from calipers to CMM, and warrant that every 3D printed product meets the specified quality requirements before being shipped. Additionally, you will support post-processing operations such as blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, laser marking and packaging.

Your Tasks

• Inspection of 3D printed products according to the predefined schedule
• Reporting of inspection results
• Drafting quality documents and certificates for Amnovis products
• Managing and maintaining inspection equipment
• Supporting post-processing operations such as blasting and laser marking
• Supporting cleaning and packaging of products after inspection

Responsibilities

• Timely and thorough execution of scheduled inspection tasks
• Upholding the Amnovis quality values and standards in inspection
• Contributing to the improvement of processes, tools, and methods
• Execution of tasks according to quality management system requirements

Your Profile

• You can work with a CMM, and handle calipers and gages effortlessly
• Experience with ZEISS CALYPSO and PiWeb are an asset
• Experience with a 3D optical measurement system is an assetExperience in a production environment and/or regulated industry are an asset
• You give importance to working clean and orderly, and have attention for detail
• You have an eye for work and possible improvements
• It’s in your nature to follow guidelines and procedures
