Job summary
Rockstar Recruiting is seeking an experienced Inspection Manager in Lynnwood, WA to oversee the Fire Life Safety Inspections division. You will lead a team, schedule inspections with customers and technicians, and ensure reports meet code compliance.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fire life safety inspections, 2+ years of supervision, and relevant licenses/certifications. The role requires knowledge of NFPA codes and Washington State inspection processes, with MS Office proficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in fire life safety inspections across multiple systems.
- At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience in inspections.
- EL06/EL01 License or NICET II or IPM Certification is a strong asset.
- Knowledgeable of building & fire codes, NFPA standards, AHJ requirements and life safety compliance.
- Strong understanding of inspection processes in Washington State.
- Proficient with scheduling software, inspection reporting platforms, and MS Office.

- EL06 or EL01 License, or NICET II or higher OR IPM Certification a strong asset
- Knowledgeable of building & fire codes for inspection purposes, NFPA codes, local AHJ requirements, and life safety compliance
- Strong understanding of inspection processes in Washington State
- Proficient computer skills with a variety of programs and softwares (i.e. scheduling software, inspection reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
The successfully hired Inspection Manager must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving).
Days, 7:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday).
$93,000.00 - $125,000.00/year
