Job summary

Saipem America is seeking an Inspecting Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and control all inspection activities for procured materials and equipment. This role ensures inspections are scheduled, executed, documented, and closed on time per ITPs and quality standards, without delaying the project.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering, CSWIP 3.1 and/or NDT Level II, API 510/570/653, and at least 5 years in vendor/shop inspection coordination with exposure to EPC/oil & gas projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Vendor / shop inspection coordination.
• Experience in inspection scheduling & control.
• Interface with Procurement / Expediting and third‑party inspection agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections to align with manufacturing progress and project needs.
• Ensure ITPs are approved and inspection points are respected.
• Verify inspection releases and close documentation in SAP.
