Job Summary: The Receiving Inspection & Calibration Team Lead is responsible for leading the daily activities of the Receiving Inspection and Calibration functions to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements, regulatory standards, and company procedures. This position oversees incoming material inspection, calibration program management, and team performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence, product quality, and customer satisfaction. The Team Lead provides technical guidance, prioritizes workload, ensures timely completion of inspections and calibrations, and serves as the primary escalation point for issues related to supplier quality, nonconforming materials, and measurement system integrity. This is a working role and up to 75% of the time the lead will be expected to conduct inspection and support calibration activities as needed.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
