Job summary

A recruitment agency in the field of finance is seeking an Insolvency Administrator in Bristol. The role involves managing a portfolio of insolvency cases including Administrations, Liquidations, and Bankruptcies. Candidates should have at least 2 years of corporate insolvency experience. Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to closure.
• Take responsibility for a junior member of the team, delegating and reviewing their work.
• Liaise with Directors to provide updates both pre and post appointment.
• Liaise with directors pre- and post-appointment.
• Coordinate with solicitors on legal issues such as wrongful trading.
• Identify risk issues and escalate to management.

Insolvency buoyant is booming at present and Levitate Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an Insolvency Specialist who is experiencing rapid growth. Our client is currently recruiting for an Insolvency Administrator in their Bristol office.

Role

• Working alongside a dedicated manager you will have your own portfolio of insolvency cases which you will manage from inception through to closure.
• Case types will include:
  • Administrations
  • Creditors Voluntary Liquidation
  • Members Voluntary Liquidations
  • Bankruptcies
• Where appropriate you will take responsibility for a junior member of the team; delegating and reviewing their work.
• Liaising with Directors both pre and post appointment.
• Liaising with Solicitors to obtain legal advice on issues incorporating wrongful trading and other antecedent transactions.
• Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working on corporate insolvency cases.
• Prior experience of Administrations is advantageous but not a necessity.
