Job summary

YipitData is seeking an Insights Sector Lead in the United States to own high-profile accounts and lead a team focused on category thought leadership and client service.

You will steer product strategy across categories, coach a talented insights team, and drive commercial outcomes with revenue partners on upsell and renewals. This remote-friendly role can sit in NYC or anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience servicing consumer brand clients from a product perspective within market research.
• Experience managing others and enjoying cross functional workflows with engineering, data, sales, etc.
• Enjoy using SQL or Excel to dive deep into data to surface insights.

About The Role:

You will lead the emerging sector insights team - this involves insights ownership for some of our most high-profile accounts while managing a team dedicated towards category thought leadership and best in class client service.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs, or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.

We expect East/West Coast/etc. work hours.

As Our Insights Sector Lead You Will:

• Lead our product strategy for various categories, collaborating with data counterparts to put together product roadmaps that drive meaningful value for our clients
• Manage a team of talented insights analysts, scaling their impact through effective coaching and through introducing development opportunities
• Be responsible for the success of the sector commercially, working closely with revenue counterparts on critical upsell and renewal opportunities

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have 5 years of experience servicing consumer brand clients from a product perspective, specifically within market research
• You have experience managing others, and enjoy cross functional workflows (with engineering, data, sales, etc)
• You enjoy using SQL or excel to dive deep into data to surface the most impactful insights

• Base Salary + Variable Compensation: The annual base salary range for this position is anticipated to be $160K-170K. This role is eligible for variable compensation, with on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $192K-204K. Final compensation may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal team benchmarks.

This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. If the remote work is performed outside of these offices, income may be subject to New York State tax withholding.
