Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence product development: Generate, scope, edit, and distribute intelligence products for public and private distribution that support TRM's objectives.
• Produce scoping documents defining key questions, narrative, and data requirements with analytical anchors and SMEs.
• Own the full editorial process from concept to publication.
• Maintain a recurring cadence of proactive products for law enforcement, government, and private-sector distribution; manage intake, reviews, and end-to-end routing.
• Produce quick-turn reactive content—sanctions announcements, enforcement actions, and breaking crypto-crime developments—on tight timelines.
• Use AI to drive independent research while maintaining quality, readability, and accuracy.
• Write, edit, and de-risk content: ensure clarity, structure, style, and TRM voice and guidelines.
• Verify and cross-check data, references, and claims with analysts, data teams, and AI tools.
• Apply and improve data de-risking standards.
• Suggest effective visual representations of data and narratives with design/analytics collaboration.
• Partner with threat intelligence and stakeholders to align outputs with objectives.

In this role, you will lead the creation of data-driven intelligence products, including reports, briefs, and insights blogs, that increase TRM's share of voice and position us as the most trusted public source on crypto-related financial crime. Sitting within the intelligence team, you will work at the intersection of global investigations, threat intelligence, data science, and policy. You will translate complex, sometimes ambiguous analytical work into clear, accurate, and compelling narratives for a range of audiences, from law enforcement and regulators to financial institutions and the broader public. • Own the full editorial process from concept and outline through drafting, edits, approvals, and publication.
• Maintain a recurring cadence of proactive products for law enforcement, government, and private-sector distribution — managing intake, editorial review, compliance checks, and routing end-to-end.
• Produce quick-turn reactive content — responses to sanctions announcements, enforcement actions, and breaking developments in crypto crime — on tight timelines without sacrificing accuracy or editorial standards.
• Use AI to drive independent research while maintaining quality, readability, and accuracy.
