Job summary

Coupang seeks a deeply technical ITCO Engineer to lead insider threat simulation campaigns from our Seattle office. You will design and execute realistic simulations to test IT security, DLP, IAM, and SOAR controls, bridging tactical ops with enterprise security governance.

Lead offensive security efforts, develop automation, and produce actionable reports to drive security programs and risk reduction across Coupang's global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in Security Engineering or Cybersecurity is required.
• Experience with insider threat topics is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, design, and execute insider threat simulation campaigns.
• Design and test integrity of IT security controls (DLP, IAM, legal hold).
• Develop and enhance tooling and automation to scale simulations.
• Produce reports translating findings into enterprise security strategy.
