Abile Group, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an Insider Threat Program Systems SME to support an Intelligence Community Customer in Lorton, VA. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure while ensuring high availability and security.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Management or related fields, and extensive experience in IT service delivery management. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and is 100% onsite.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years with a Master's.
• Prior leadership responsibilities and experience in IT service delivery management.
• Expertise in network security architecture and management.

Overview

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Insider Threat Program Systems SME supporting an Intelligence Community Customer in Lorton, VA. As a Systems SME, you will design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security. You will collaborate with the IT team to support projects on classified and unclassified networks.

Responsibilities

• Support the ITP enterprise infrastructure consisting of Windows, Linux, and VMWARE platforms.
• Perform routine maintenance activities.
• Provide guidance on upgrades and system recapitalization.
• Manage availability/capacity.
• Oversee the High Speed Guard Cross Domain solution for data transfer between classification domains.
• Support documentation to capture configuration baseline.
• Support performance management metrics.
• Oversee storage and server infrastructure to ensure viability and support mission requirements.
• Design and support system recapitalization plans for capacity growth as directed by the customer.
• Act as subject matter expert on all ITP infrastructure.
• Oversee virtualization fabric and ensure proper execution for ITP requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
• Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of defense‑in‑depth principles, network/HW/SW security architecture, network topology, IT device integrity, and common security elements.

Desired Skills

• Master’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience (10+ years) in IT service delivery management.
• Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
• Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard Platforms.
• Experience with VMWare and/or Hyper‑V virtualization solutions.
• Experience with on‑premise systems infrastructure.
• Experience leading a team of engineers in support of hardware infrastructure.

Additional Information

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with the ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI.

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree and (12)+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with (10)+ years of prior relevant experience.

This position is 100% onsite in Lorton, VA.
